Journal of Islamic Mental Health and Development is an academic journal that focuses on the study of mental health and human development from an Islamic perspective integrated with contemporary psychology, psychiatry, counseling, and social sciences. The journal serves as a scholarly platform for publishing empirical research, conceptual papers, and evidence-based practices that connect Islamic values with issues of mental health and psychological well-being.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, Islamic psychology, spiritually integrated counseling and psychotherapy, mental health within Muslim families and communities, personality and moral development, resilience and spiritual well-being, as well as preventive and promotive approaches to mental health in education and da‘wah contexts. The journal encourages interdisciplinary dialogue between classical Islamic scholarship and modern scientific approaches.
